• Products must be in their original packaging and condition.
2. Non-Refundable Items:
• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened lip glosses are not eligible for refunds.
• Sale or clearance items are final sale and non-refundable.
3. Refund Process:

• Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or offer a full refund.
